Note  : If it will be cheaper for you to send kit to a specialist repairer, then that's what we'll suggest - they'll often have dedicated tools and equipment that can do many things faster than we can. However in many cases all it needs is a a simple fix, which can be very quick and easy to do.

There's no point having expensive new technology if you can't use it, so we're more than happy to spend time helping you become more comfortable with things. 
If you and/or family members want to know more about "how the internet works", "how to use Word", "How to send an email", or just "how to use a mouse", then we're happy to help.  
We can spend as much time as you want, or as little.  Wherever possible we'll point you towards additional sources of information which might be of use, or leave you with helpful notes.
